Discussion:
inching valve

Hi everyone,
I have a clark CY50 forklift, the inching valve on top of the transmission started leaking.I have pulled the valve apart to find the springs behind the plunger in 100 bits. There looks to be two springs one inside the other by the size of the rings. If any one knows the size of these springs or were to get them would be greatly appreciated.

You need a Clark part number 801671 spring kit. Any forklift dealer should be able to get that. That includes the springs, that are about 2" long, and the 3/4" cup seal that seals the brake fluid like a brake wheel cylinder seal would.
