I have a Tailift FG30C-949T that will only start if I spray ether into the mixer fuel inlet fitting. I don't seem to be getting fuel from the regulator. I removed and cleaned the mixer and replaced the diaphragm, replaced the regulator and pcv valve, checked all vacuum hoses, cleaned and tested electric lock-off valve.
