Hyster N35ZDR reach truck Auxiliary Pump not responding

When trying to use the reach or other functions that activate the auxiliary pump, it does not respond and I get these error messages:"AUX PUMP OFFLINE" or "DISPLAY CAN BUS FROM AUX PUMP" or "CAN DISABLED". The switches on the handle appear to be working fine and activating the valves. Also 36V is present at the auxiliary pump motor (B+ circuit). Everything else works very well in this truck. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this and find out what is causing the problem? Perhaps the auxiliary pump motor or the CAN I/O?

The auxuilly pump has a controller in the top of the head it is bad you will probably need a new motor. Good luck.
