Hydraulic valves help

Does anyone know if the solenoid valves are proportional or regular or a mix of both? I am retrofitting one and all works fine other than the lower function drops then stabilises. Many thanks in advance!

All sorted!
The truck has fingertip joysticks. The lower valve is proportional the rest are on/off solenoids but they all look identical!

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
