Hydraulic pump shaft keeps stripping out

We just bought this thing and it had no hydraulics working and we found that the pump was shot so we replaced it 2 weeks after we fixed it the customer that was renting it said it lost all hydraulics and I went to check it out it' looked like it was spinning went to turn the wheels and it stopped anyone got a solution for this thing other then a brick of c4 cuz it's a cheap pos

iTS AN ALIGNMENT ISSUE FROM THE PUMP TO COUPLER. Drill the holes out that mount the plate. realign the pump. Replace the hardware. The pump bolts, I put shim washers under them, so the hex heads fit.
