Hydraulic Problem Hyundai HLF30c-5

Maybe someone can help with some information on this problem: No hydraulic operation at all. It sounds like out of fluid/howling/grinding??? But the level is fine. Looking down at the pump, I can see the pump drive shaft at the end of the crankshaft. there is what appears to be a coupler or drive plate attached to the crank pulley. There are some rubber bushings and bolts holding it together. From what I can see, the pump shaft is barely turning while the engine is running. My question is ; should the pump be turning at 1:1 ratio with the crankshaft? There is some rusty orange dust on the coupler. Do these things wear out? What is the name for that part?

Any insight would be appreciated.

I'm no Hyundai expert but many forklifts use that type of drive on the pump. It's called a pump coupler and fits onto the splined shaft of the pump. It should turn at the same rate as the crankshaft. I think that spline is worn out in the coupler.
