Discussion:
hydraulic fault

Hi All, Hope someone can help, our machine has come up with a fault, on the panel flashes "*OFF HYD.LEVER TO NEUTRAL", originally forklift tech thought it was the 2 speed switch not centering, for forks lifting, but it was not, have since changed all micro switches and still no change. I have also reset the history memory (rotary switch) but still no solution found. The forklift can go forwards and backwards, but no action by hydraulics motor. Do anyone have a possible solution? Have done basic check on wiring loom and there does not appear to be shorting out anywhere? Can we bypass to get hydraulic motor to operate on its own manual switch.
