Help! Unkown code 19

Have 2 Jungheinrich EJE-120US, both flashing code 19.

Unit will hit a bump, cut out and have no travel.

Red LED will flash 1 time, pause, flash 9 times.

Been calling around for a month, with no luck...

...Any ideas??

short circuit in the driving engine or electronics

Remove the motor controllers. Check for loose ribbon cable connections inside the controller. Some of the controllers did not have latching detents on the ribbon connections.
