Thanks in advance for your replies

Ran out of fuel, re-filled the tank, then the forklift will not start again, All I did was refill the propane tank.

Checked that fuel is getting to the system, connected properly...

Some times when you remove the tank there is a rubber ring that should be in the end of the tank it falls into the brass rego valve and when you change the tank it does not hit the pin to allow gas to come out of the tank check to see that the ring is not in the rego valve.
