Linde (& Baker) L12 1994:
Has Power but seems dead

1994 model 364 Linde, full battery power. All fuses, micro switches in hand control and column base/pivot are good. Key on or off battery showed full, turn the key on and makes continuity but nothing at all works on the machine.
