in the 70s and 80s, flying tigers was a freight airline, and what you may be seeing is the airline's sticker on a cargo loading scissor lift (?how wide is this scissor lift?) if that could be the case, my be it is one made by Cochran, Cochran western or Cochran airport systems (I think the spelling is correct)
got a pic somewhere you could send or post?

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
