FB15P-50BC-450M

Hi. I have a problem with the FB15P-50BC-450M.
when the accelerator is slightly pressed the forklift jumps violently (like full speed is applied - there is also a big spark on the relay) for a fraction of a second and then stops. Is there any diagram or any help so I can troubleshot?
Thank you.

Hi Mark. I have order and change the thyristor, checked all the big diodes

Hello Yiannis, I think you have a problem with a diode or thyristor. I can send you diagram if you mentioned your email.

Fact of the week
Bluetooth is named after the 10th-century Viking king, Harald Bluetooth, who united warring tribes in Denmark and Norway. In 1997, Jim Kardach from Intel gave the name to the technology because of its ability to unite different communication protocols, just as Harald united various tribes.
