Discussion:
Fault with can bus

I had an accident moving backwards and broke the beacon light. This caused a short circuit. After this error code 10107 displays and stops the truck with all functions. Suggestions?

Measure resistance between can hi and can low with truck shut off and battery disconnected. Should be about 60 ohms. If the resistance is good connect battery and turn on truck. measure voltage between can hi and can lo. should be about 2.5 volt. If voltage is not there or the voltage is way off replace main controller.

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
