Hi jelly400, A57 is a problem with a contactor, if you count the "clicks" you will count 10 fast clicks, which means that the contactors cycle 5 times. If it does this in either direction it is the TFR (Regen) contactor the (small one) If it happens in only one direction it is the contactor assosiated with that direction. You need to strip and replace the contactor tips. Meldung on the instrument panel means it is set to a foreign language. You need to change this by pressing the light button and holding it while switching the key on. Then put in the code 2085 with F1 or F2 entering each digit with the light button as you go. Then select language and change it to English. Press and hold the light button to enter it. dave

Fact of the week
The black box flight recorder was invented by Australian scientist David Warren in the mid-1950s. While initially met with indifference in Australia, his invention gained international recognition, particularly in the UK, and is now a mandatory piece of safety equipment on all commercial aircraft.
