Linde H50D (394)

I have a linde H50d with fault code L289 everything else works apart from lift, can anyone help with this and where to look on machine

Thanks for your help,
I have another h50 engine starts no problem, but will only just tick over, it will not go up in revs to either drive or lift it has no fault codes on it either can anyone help many thanks
