Possible causes.
A. COIL DRIVER OUTPUT SHORTED TO BATTERY
B. COIL DRIVER OUTPUT OPEN CIRCUIT
C. COIL DRIVER RETURN OPEN CIRCUIT
D. RELAY/COIL OPEN CIRCUIT
E. FUNCTIONAL FAILURE IN CONTROLLER
The coil driver is in the VSM.
