fault code 250R Hyster M1.60XMT

Hi,

Our forklift J1.60 Hyster generated a fault code: 250R.
It seems the right wheel rotor is locked.

Left wheel is slowly turning but does not generate a fault code.

Anyone did this job before and has any advice on how to handle this.
