fault 245 pathfinder Linde R14 AC 2005

Hi , i have a 245 fault in a Linde AC 115 serial truck, line contactor not closed and book flash on dash. battery full and oke.

i hope you can help me

hi , i have replace LAC module , same problem. second step i replace charge resistor with the k2 and k3 relay but no effect!! With a screw driver i have shortcut the contact k1 directly after start up with ignition and problem fixed.. truck works oke and i can set it off and on and all oke. I have no idea how and what give the problem

I don't have experience with this particular error on this truck. But had similar errors on a 386 model.

The manuals say check the wiring: charging circuit, etc. Could be a bad battery / bad connection/dry cell (checked that? try with an other battery!).

But probably the capacitors in the LAC are bad; charging them takes too long. I once opened a power module and found some loose soldering of the capacitors.

Oh, and I had a truck on which a working light was connected after the line contactor: it didn't start when the working lights were on.

If it is a traction error : 245: LAC cannot reach 40V during charging.

You have a problem with the charging circuit that charges the capacitors directly after starting up.
