Event code 5G

Any help on this event code 5G. I have no literature for this truck. Throws code as soon as lift motor is commanded. Motor kicks on and throws code almost immediately after lift motor runs

Yeah that was it. Quoted customer a new battery. Dropping down to 17v on 36v truck. Battery was 7yrs old as well.

Sounds like a battery problem. I would check the water and battery voltage.
