managed to come unplugged, plugged it back in. problem resolved

Engine coolant tempature signal is out of range (high).
Check the wiring to that sensor to ensure it isn't broken.
If it looks good then go into the service menu, analyzer, inputs, COOL_TMP, Enter.
If the senor or circuit has an issue, the screen will display ERROR.
If it does not display ERROR then the event code is no longer active. This sensor runs from the access 3 and does include a splice in the circuit.
Try testing the resistance in each cable in that circuit to make sure there isn't high resistance.
