Discussion:
EV100 settings

Hi all, I've been working on this ECG20 s/n: ECG358-0164-6836FB 12/99 model year. It has high performance panel, no seperate pump module.
I replaced the control card due to water damage. I bought the exact same part number IC3645LXCD1JQ.
I have the LX handheld and have printed off the Clark settings parameters and setup the new card as such. The problem is I don't know what exactly the settings were in the original card as it was completely dead, and I think the setting ranges are broad.
I have got the machine functioning except the dash doesn't fully function as it should, has the wrench light on, park brake light always on (I've checked the switch and it is fine.)
I am suspecting that the battery voltage setting isn't quite right, as when I play around with it + or -, I lose pump function. The range for #15 is 184-250. Everything minus the dash seems to be happy around 220.
I have the clark manual and can email the settings to anyone just so we're on the same page.
When I say the dash doesn't work, I mean no BDI, no speed, no hour meter.
Something is not right here, and I could use some help. Thanks!

That's the right card for that model.

I realize what you are referring to now. 358 is the series... sorry newbie to this brand.
Does anyone know what card # should be in this truck?
I guess it's always possible that it didn't have the correct card in it when I got to it.

Do you have a copy of the Settings page you are talking about?
I just got mine from the service manual for this machine, I don't see 358 anywhere.

Confirm IR Compensation setting is correct. If you used the ECG358 settings page that would be correct. Or maybe a loose connector on the control card. FYI, some after market cards have been known to be faulty.
