Discussion:
ETVA 325 not operating

I have an ETVA 325 that will not operate. It is displaying multiple error codes as follows.
2502.1
2124.3
2330.5
3167.1
0504.30
0305.1
2305.1
3305.1
3304.1
0101.1
At first I thought it was a battery issue as the battery has not been maintained very well. I tried hooking up a battery from a working lift and this made no difference. Anyone have any ideas?

You need to conduct some further testing, or call service tech. I would approach it by using known good battery, and then:
1)Checking voltage on both contactor connections.
2) checking voltage at keyswitch/cancode/easyacess
3) checking for voltage at both emergency stop connections
4) checking if battery plug(machine side) is okay
Checking main and all fuses.
5) furthermore can bus diagnosis, checking controller connections, wiring for damage(mice?)
