hello everybody,i'm have a problem in nichiyu FB30P AC. when key on everything good., but when press drive or hydraulic or sterring will appear error A1=main contactor

Can anyone help the error of Nichiyu FBRAW18-63B-550MCS?
It has error A6:FET9-REVERSE and can go forward but cannot go backward. The service manual of this model is also helpful. Thank you.

hello Duga, I'm glad you could solve the problem. I'm must say that a battery related problem isn't always the fault of the forklift manufacturer. Having as you mentioned mushrooms on the battery connectors can be blamed of bad maintenance or a bad sealing on the connectors.

marc b,you're right i founds some problem in the AC series NYK forklift several time battery conector a bad cause mushrooms accu. so it is a weakness in NYK AC series either in reachtruck or counterbalance
Hello Duga, have you seen the fuses and the voltage at the fuses and main contactor? we had several time that a battery cell was broken or a battery connector had a bad connection.

coba kamu merger semua motor, apa kamu udah cek semua controlnya
hello marc b,thaks for information., but voltage battery normally=72V and for voltage 48V normally,so when first ON main contactor function,however when hydraulic or drive or sterring be played it would appear error A1:Main Contactor., if restart key everything OK,be played hydraulic,drive or sterring then problem A1:main contactor appear.
