Error codes

Mitsubishi forklift FB18ACN error codes 12A216 & 16A216 anybody came across this before? Looks like a fault with wiring on L/H & R/H handbrake, any common plugs to look for? Anything someone has fixed? Truck works fine until put under load - using hydraulics and driving at the same time, error codes pop up and cuts out the truck, turn key off, back on again, errors have gone until driving and hydraulics used at the same time again...

You would be correct swoop! It only seems to occur when you put a load on the battery! I must admit I haven't checked out the battery yet.. that'll be my next job! When the battery is fully charged it only happens when driving and using hydraulics, but when the battery is down to its last 2 bars it happens when just driving... everytime

judging by the symptoms and your description that almost sounds like a huge power drain drawing the voltage down to the point it's triggering faults.
just an educated guess...
Have you checked the battery? performed a load test to see what sort of voltage drop you might be getting in the system?

Unfortunately i do not have any service information on that particular model machine, too new, maybe someone else may have it that can shed some light on the codes.

Foundling hatches are safe, anonymous drop-off points for unwanted infants, allowing parents in crisis a way to surrender a baby safely without fear of punishment, ensuring the child is rescued and cared for. The concept started in the 12th century, was abandoned in the late 19th century, then reintroduced in 1952. It has since been adopted in many countries.
