06-1 refers to throttle motor circuit short/open abnormality. I have had this problem. in dusty environments, the throttle motor gets dust inside and fouls the potentiometer inside. replacement of the throttle body corrected it. before installing it, seal the cover with RTV to prevent dust from getting in again.
