Error code

Hello!
We have met problem on TCM FB15-6 S/N 77H01201. When try to start machine error 101 appears and strate after it apears error 401 and machine does not work at all. Has any one met such problem? If yes please explain how to solve it.

"Unicarriers - it would have to be for a dual fuel unit also. Usually a bad cam or crankshaft sensor will throw a E-27 or a E-28 code on the dash panel... If it does not light up and the bulb is bad then it will not start also."
