If the code flashes up as you go through the neutral position. This can be due to wear in all the linkages. The direction switches are closing to late or the traction pot is slightly out and inputing to the control card before the direction switch closes. I've seen customers put up with this for ages when it's not effecting operation

yup its the travel pot happends on our Rd 3000 trucks...the pot need to be adjusted or replaced make sure the metal tab on the pot didnt slip out of its plastic holder..

In the US, I see this problem on RR3000 reach trucks. I have to assume you have the European equivalent of the same truck with the EV100 motor controller.

Have seen this a lot. It is a pot or forward/reverse switch problem of a combination of the two. It rarely causes a problem with operation, although it can with a worn pot.
