Error code Md1-MxSp

Pallet jack will not move or lift but shows full charge on pdi after being plugged in. That Md1-MxSp error code is the only thing that is displayed on readout.

It looks like the controller is in set up mode. These are not fault codes. Controller may need to be reset with a laptop and proper software. It is possible the controller is faulty.
