please what is the meaning and solution to electric forklift toyota with model number 8FBET20

thank you please which solenoid valve.... and it also display H3-5..... when it display it the forklift will not move or lift again

check the cabling to solenoid valves from the main controller. Also check the relay in small black box behind the main controller and the power cables to it
