Error Code: E45

Hello, I received the error code e45 with the message "failure in travel cont" and I am having issues finding enough information online so that I can get my lift back up and running. Any help would be appreciated.

Same issue with Komatsu FB25sh-6
Throws error E045.....
Contactor?
Precharging of controller failure?
Its worked intermittently in the past only giving issues once turned off then back on.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated!!!
