ERROR CODE C 028

When turned on BDI flashes continually & error C028 displayed for a few seconds.Battery checked out OK (have linked a different truck up to it & same happens. Truck works for about30mins after charge then loses hydraulics. Any ideas please.Any error codes appreciated
