Hey Leo, I find it very strange the difference you have between the 3 fases. I don't know if 0.7 Mohm is ok without using a megger.

Hi, Mr. Antwerp, I measured the cable using multimeter and the reading as follows; U = 1.2 , V = 1.5 , W = 0.7 in Mega Ohm. Couldn't test the pump motor as it need to lift the battery box. Should i send for repair on the traction motor first. Need your advice. Regards Leo Jeffrey.

Hello Leo, You have to disconnect the power cables (U V W cables) from the motor or the controller side. Meassure with 1 wire of your multimeter on the outside of the motor and the other one on each power cables ( U V W cables).
I think it must be some Mega Ohm value. You can do the test with the pumpmotor on your troubled machine.

I do not have a megger set however i have look for an electrician who can conduct the megger test meanwhile if i measure by resistance, do i need to dismantle the circuit. appreciate for your reply. thanks and regards. Jeffrey Leo.

Hey Leo,
If you test it with a megger set to 500V it must be above 0,5M Ohm.
It's normal that the main contactor opens again when you have an error like B11.

Thanks for your reply. May i know what should be the indicative values of the resistance ? I've change a new original main contactor and when i switch start, i notice that the contactor re-act contact and release immediately. May i know is this sequence is normal or any fault related ?

Ok it's an IGBT module type. I have in our workshop the same problem B11, we've controlled the isolation of the drive motor and found a problem of the stator isolation. If you don't have a megger, I think you can meassure the resistance of each fase to the outside of the motor. (compaire the values with the pumpmotor)

I would control the isolation of the drive motor with a megger. Have you found a problem on one of the IGBT? Can you mention the serial number, because this model has got different systems.
