error code - 523257-12 - no clue about the model -

we are having issues w/ the electtrical / hydraulic portion of our forlift - forks wont move - and this is the code we received -

please define what this error code pertains too and the best course of action -

not sure of the model - it is an LP - mo. #976640

The second mini lever is out of range. Either the lever is defective or the cassette that drives it has a problem. Probably a defective lever.
