Error code 24

Good Day Everyone,
Hoping someone might have some info. on the error code 24 on this model. It won't go into reverse several times a day.

Fault code 24, directional contacts fail to close. Or Regenerative Braking contacts not closed (if used). check your directional contact tips for burning , corrosion or contactor binding.
