Discussion:
Error code 07

I'm getting an 07 error code which I have no means of finding out what that means. The problem I am encountering is that when I try to drive the lift I will get the 07 code in one direction and nothing in the other, but the lift still won't drive. The direction in which I get the code varys. Now when I see the code in say forward, I will put it in reverse and continually tap the accelerator and eventually it goes. (sometimes I have to turn it off and back on again a few times) But even when it does not move I still hear my contactors pulling in. Hope someone can help me out with this... Thanks!

It does have an EV100. Two other people and myselft have went through the entire electrical system having to deal with travel and have found nothing. I have two small glass fuses in the back and since I had my meter on me I figured what the heck, I'll be optimistic and check these fuses. Turns out one of them was blown so I replaced it and the lift has worked fine ever since. This makes no clue due to it was an intermittent problem but hey, it's working now so I'm not asking any more questions!!! lol

my "instant W.A.G." is you have a wire off, or broken right at the connector of the accelerator start switch (maybe and more likely the switch itself, but I am throwing out a wild guess). This assumes you have an ev100 controller fitted to this machine,
What it really means s that the accelerator pot voltage is too high before some other start up connection is completed in the correct order, and could well be the power to the directional selector or park brake switch.
