Discussion:
Error 4372

Hi we have this eje 2017 model that had a very intermittent fault.

When it faults it cuts out hydraulics only. I've gone through the error list and it's always the same code that come up refering to the tiller head sensor analogue implausible.

However when truck is working the hydraulic works irrespective of tiller position anyway.

Can anyone shed any light please as to what could be the fault. Battery is fine and holds up well under load.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Elektrodrive.
Check tillerhead for SW updates. Jungheinrich is aware of this error, and has an update for the firmware in tillerhead. The error occurs when there is no neutralzone in either drive or lift/lower. The update expands the "window" in neutral to be wider.
Best regards, Max

this is a very common problem with these steering maps. There is currently no zero travel switch position. If there is no obvious backlash on the hairpin, then do as I wrote. At the moment, I have not yet won so that it would be possible to calibrate them, this is still in the process of work.

It's an open environment. No real humidity. Do you think it could be the card inside the tiller unit as suggested by other engineer? I know the tiller.sensor.doesnt affect the hydraulic, but could that card be the issue?

if the equipment works in conditions of high humidity, then remove the upper steering wheel card and put it in a warm place for 2-3 days

yes , mismatch in the two signals from butterfly sensor. Only way replace the printcard in steering head

Yes the tiller is working fine. So you reckon the card in the tiller arm at the top?
