ERROR 173

Good day! Help me solve the problem! still r60-30 No movement error 173. Removed the electric motor, sharpened, replaced the brushes. Replaced the pedal potentiometer.

Please help me with the solution to the problem.Still R60-30 2006 year. No progress error 173.
