ERROR - 07[ACC. voltage is too high]

Hi,Guys
Can any one help me,to fixed this problem:
this model use two unit of [GE sep. EX motor controller]to control of two sep.EX motor.
the problem is: at normal condition the left motor is driving more slowly than right motor.
any help would be appreciated
