Discussion:
Engine shut down in 30 seconds

Model not listed in here so it's a glp080vxnase090. F813v02425e. Unit shows to be in start cycle. Starter won't crank. F7 fuse has no power. Replaced relay for start and tested circuits. Relay clicks on but no input power to relay thus no power to f7. Shows a error code for rear taillights. No other errors are present. Customer had 2 wires to start unit direct to starter and would start and run fine. Inspected pdm and no visible damage or signs of fault.

this might sound rediculous but repair the tail light circuit fault
on the newer model trucks if the tail lights dont work it is now considered a safety feature and will shut the truck down from what i understand

If you have lost power to the F7 fuse your problem is in the PDM. The fuses are fed from the primary positive rail inside the PDM.

Fact of the week
The word "okay" (or its abbreviation "OK") originated as a humorous misspelling. In the 1830s, a fad in Boston involved using abbreviations of intentionally misspelled phrases. "OK" stood for "oll korrect," a playful mispronunciation of "all correct".
