Discussion:
Encoder Bearing Tester

Gents, I'm looking for advice... we have 10K electrical Model E100Z... 6K electrical Model E60XM... 4K electrical Model E40XL... in our fleet..

From time to time we run into problem with encoder bearing... often times status code point out on few different issues... and it seems it would be much easier for us to troubleshoot, if we would have an encoder bearing tester...

I've never used encoder bearing tester before, but I was told it's a very useful tool... is it same tester for all forktruck models mentioned above??.. or they are different??... if it's possible, send me part #, name or tester nameplate data... so I can look into it...

any help greatly appreciated...

Fact of the week
The two internal cavities in our nose called nostrils function as separate organs. Each nostril has its own set of turbinates and olfactory receptors. The two independent organs work together through a mechanism called the nasal cycle, where one nostril is dominant for air intake while the other rests and is better at detecting scents.
