Hope you guys have some ideas on this. Our 2FBC25 works fine in forward, but sporadically faults out when shifting into reverse. A full charge shows 80 on the dashboard- but when it faults out it changes to 24 and just doesn't engage. No manual - don't know what the self check symbols are, mostly illegible, but the far right symbol is a red ?? It flashes very briefly everytime you shift into reverse whether it faults out or not. When you shift to reverse it responds properly 90 times out of 100. Appreciate any help.
