Thanks alot all of you. Finally it was wire breakage from the potentiometer. With the wiring draw I found it. Thanks again friends
Hi
Silly question
But have I jacked it up and made sure both motors are working?
Supply voltage for speed sensors
+ 15 V via 1X13:39
Negative via 1X13:41
SPEED SENSOR IN THE TRACTION MOTOR
The trucks are provided with speed sensor 1B2 as standard equipment. This sensor is mounted on the
flange of the right-hand traction motor.
The speed sensor is powered with 15 VDC. The sensor provides a square wave signal to terminal
1X13:36, over which the motor speed is sensed.
Thanks for all, it's 324. How can I check speed sensor? Remember points of measure for temp sensor? And how many ohm is ok?
Ok. It is a E16 right? Is it a 324 or 335?
Check accelerator. When it is not in neutral in the first seconds after starting up you have slow drive. Try push and lift the pedal a little bit directly after start up.
Might also be the speed sensor, that is on brake disc of the right motor.
On a 324 the temp sensor might not give a light. This year linde trucks don't have error message on the display too. The temp sensors are variable resistors. Not temp switches.
2001 definitely no hand brake checked. Temperature sensor may not no lamp of error. Any other idea , thanks
Chronio, what year and model is your forklift truck?
Often low amps / low speed mean brake switch or handbrake switch is applied. Or the controller thinks it is.
Could also be temperature sensor in drive motor.
1. When we are on flat surface with full pedal about 70Amps with 48V
2.When on slope full pedal ,can't reach the slope 90Amps if turn the wheel one motor take 200Amps and kicking to reach the slope
3.Some times claping the contactors when depress the acceleration pedal and repress it full the vehicle not moves and have 20Amps to the motor.
Hope to have a good idea.
Tomorrow I will meter and I will send you.
and hou menny volts to motor ???
ant ampers?
48V count it with digital multimeter. I don't have linde laptop.
how is your battery voltage under load
accelerator potentiometer
the easiest way is to hang a laptop on it
Do you have any idea why I don't have torque on the wheels ? The machine in air have full speed but with wheels on the ground can't reach even little slope?
