Driving slow

I have a doosan that only drives 1mph after driving it around for about 30 minutes.we recently replaced the left motor due to it being noisy but the problem was there before this.we figured that was causing the problem but it didn't go away.voltage is at 37.8 at standing

Also worth checking handbrake transfer pivots. They're under the battery under covers so prone to corrosion and sticking causing brake binding.

Hi,
Is this a 24 or 48V machine?, and when you say voltage is 37 resting is that battery voltage you're measuring?. Does it have AC or DC drive motors?. The speed encoder is plug and play as just a pulse generator so no need to set up etc. Does steering in either direction make any difference? i.e does it feel as though one motor is fighting the other?

You need a dealer to program New encoder to controller.
