Discussion:
Driver motor controller factory parameters

Travel on the unit I am working on does not ramp slowly unless you are barely pressing the throttle. I have monitored the throttle pot input using a handheld and the pot seems to ramp appropriately but movement doesn't start until the throttle request reaches 60 or higher. The unit is also surging bad at full throttle. I am curious if there is an issue with the parameters. If anyone has a list of the factory settings and could share it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure how well this plan was thought through......

It appears like there is an error between the throttle input and actual movement. Assessing the factory settings may shed light on any parameter issues causing the surge and delayed response. Sharing those settings would be really helpful when debugging.

In 1898, author Morgan Robertson wrote a novel called 'Futility', which described an "unsinkable" ship named the Titan that sank after hitting an iceberg. Fourteen years later, the Titanic sank in a strikingly similar fashion.
