What is the correct reading of the sensors when traveling and when stopped?

That lift has an onboard analyzer. Service manuals are available through Toyota parts dept's. A simple password input gets you to the I/O Monitor 2, where you can monitor the speed sensors. The correct readings are in the manual. I assume you have error codes relating to the sensors? And I also assume you have checked all the harness connections.
