Draining Hydraulic Tank

The forklift is a 1998 model with a 4Y dual fuel engine.. I want to replace the old fluid with fresh Nuto32. I cannot find a drain for this tank. Do I have to siphon it all out?

You could take a hose off one of the tilt cylinders and direct it into a bucket, start it and pull the lever, slowly.
