does not trigger the reach, tilt and sideshift

Hi all, can anyone Provide me with a wiring diagram for CROWN RR3520-45. CONNECTION need of cables PC401 tab. The machine has drive and lift, but not work any tilt, reach and sideshift.

A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
