Does anybody know if the displays are interchangeable between machines? For testing purposes

For this style machine, sometimes you can swap and sometimes not depending on the serial number. If it does not swap, you will get an error reading of serial number mismatch. You can install back into the original machine without any damage. Do not try this will all machines, some will write the serial number to the component and your done. If you provide serial number, can verify. Thanks.
