Determining Engine On Forklift S50XL

I recently bought a used Hyster S50XL, with the serial number A187V09459J, the used conditions on it wont allow me to determine whether the motor is Mazda or GM, looking for some help

Look behind the distributor does it have tubes for the push rods and is the distributor mounted on the left hand side of the engine? If it is it's a Mazda engine can't remember the name but think it's a M4 166G
