Dead Battery

I have a Clark unit C25L that if it sits for longer than a few days the battery is dead.
this units chrging system is working well but there is a draw in the system.
has any one had this problem??
if you bisconnect the battery and reconect it the dash flashes and the back-up alarm cherps.
